Single Or Multi Layer HDPE PE Plastic Pipe Making Machine

HDPE pipe prodution line is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1600mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. It also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two or three layer spiral mould for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

 

1. PE HDPE PPR pipe extrusion machine line is a specialized equipment used for manufacturing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene random copolymer (PPR) pipes.
2. This machine line is designed to produce pipes of various diameters and lengths, meeting the specific requirements of different applications.
3. The extrusion process involves melting the raw material, such as PE or PPR granules, and forcing it through a die to create a continuous pipe shape.

9. Finally, the cutting machine cuts the extruded pipe into desired lengths, ready for packaging and distribution.
